Child Development Program Application Steps:

 

Parent Steps for applying (Beginning January, 2025):

 

Step 1. Use CCSD's Pre-K/CD Application Page to apply.  

• Paper application copies will be available for parents who are unable to apply online. (English & Spanish).
• Parents can apply during application assistance nights.
• Who needs to apply? Children who will be 4 years of age by September 1st of the current school year, Head Start students, and/or students with IEPs who are receiving itinerant SPED services.

 

Step 2. (After Parents have applied)

• Parents will be contacted by the Early Learning Department to select a date and time for child DIAL-4 screening (Beginning in March)
• DIAL-4 screening will be completed by the Early Learning Department during the months of March, April and May.
